Traditional Prenatal Support

Herbal Support
We work with herbs and ancestral remedies to support fertility, pregnancy, labor, and postpartum healing. From teas and steams to oils and infusions, our plant-based care is crafted with deep respect for the land and traditional knowledge passed through generations.

Traditional / Spiritual Birth Support
We offer presence, not procedures. For women choosing to birth at home or on the land, we provide sacred companionship, emotional and spiritual support, and grounding practices that center your power and wisdom. We do not offer licensed medical care—we offer the ancient art of simply being with women in birth.

Postpartum Care & Ceremony
The postpartum window is sacred, and we honor it as a vital part of the birthing journey. We offer herbal baths, nourishing foods, gentle touch, energy work, and space for emotional processing—supporting your healing and integration in this tender season.

Ongoing Wellness & Motherhood Support
We continue to walk beside mothers after birth—offering holistic wellness practices including movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, spiritual check-ins, and the simple medicine of shared stories and listening.
