More than 52% of Women report experiencing trauma in their lifetime. (Source: SAMHSA) Our gentle, spirit-led meditations will help you process and release emotional pain, fostering a deeper sense of safety and inner peace. Some studies suggest that the actual number of women who have experienced trauma could be as high as:

-Underreporting: Trauma, especially sexual trauma, is often underreported due to shame, fear, or stigma.
